Production Sales Terms
All items shipped origin. Customer is responsible for reporting damage to shipping party upon arrival of package. All claims for shortage, discrepancy and/or damage must be made within seven (7) days of merchandise receipt. No returns will be accepted or credits given without a Return Authorization (RA) number, which may be requested through customer service.

If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, please call for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit to your bankcard, credit to your account or a full refund of the merchandise purchase price.
Returns Within 30 Days:
Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. A return authorization number is required for all returns. To obtain your authorization number, please contact:

Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that specifically requires the item to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. We will forward it to the manufacturer for their inspection and they alone will make final disposition on repair or replacement.
Ira Green Brigade Quartermasters does not accept returns after 30 days.
Be Sure It’s Right Before You Use It!
By law, sleeping bags and undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We will make repairs when possible and return the item to you; however, DO NOT send clothing, equipment or footwear that is soiled. We will not accept your merchandise and it is automatically returned to you. Food and water items are not accepted for return.
Footwear Purchase Policies:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your footwear purchase. To insure your complete comfort and proper fit, we suggest you do the following:
Be positive that the fit is correct for you. Try your footwear on indoors and wear them for several hours, preferably on a clean and carpeted surface. Let your feet adjust to the boot. If they feel uncomfortable – too tight, too loose, awkward or just plain wrong, please send them back WITHIN 30 DAYS for replacement, exchange or credit. Follow Return Policy stated above.
Good footwear should be comfortable when it is first put on your feet. A break-in only makes footwear more comfortable; it will not solve an incorrect fit from the start.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT wear new footwear outside unless you are completely satisfied with the fit. Soiled or damaged footwear is not accepted for replacement or refund.
Electronics and Watch Purchase Policy:
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. This includes GPS units and Night Vision devices.
Non Returnable Merchandise:
All sales are final on consumable and perishable items as well as all products marked for clearance.
Software/Media Products Returns:
Products will not be accepted with opened packaging, including CD's, computer games, and other software.
Footwear material & workmanship warrenty
Footwear Purchase Policies:
All footwear is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event you experience a problem, please contact us for further information.
Manufacturers require us to send all boot & shoe returns to their factories for an evaluation by their Quality Assurance personnel. We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to their instructions and decision.
Of course, normal wear and tear is excluded. Any abusive use, product modification or tampering nullifies all warranties. A full policy statement is included with your purchase.
