The CAT EYE COMBAT HELMET CAMO RETENTION BAND is made of a thick and strong Polyester elastic webbing band. Measures 24'' X 1/2'', the camo band helps secure the camouflage ACH/MICH helmet cover in place on all Advanced and PASGT Combat Helmets. Cat Eye bands feature twin glo-vinyl luminous strips 1'' x 1/2'' to reflect and glow at night for friendly identification and safe patrolling. When not needed, simply reverse the elastic band. Mil-Spec.

These Helmet Bands are government issue equivalent conforming to military specifications. The helmet bands contain two sewn on glo-vinyl "cat-eyes" that glow green in the dark for friendly identification The elastic Helmet Bands will fit all current MITCH, ACH and older PASGT helmets.
Uses: Glowing cat eyes help to retain formation during night marches. Glowing cat eyes provides identification of allies without the use of night vision goggles.
The elastic band helps keep the Helmet Cover secured. The elastic Helmet Band can hold grass and branches against the helmet for extra camouflage. Can be custom embroidered with your name, blood type, roster # or other information.
The Helmet Bands measure 24" x ½" and conform to military specification MIL-B-1851F. The webbing is water repellent and mildew resistant Polyester conforming to J-J-W-155H, Type XX. The webbing is dyed to military color standards to match uniforms.
